We are based in Side the heart of the Mediterranean Turkish Riviera along the coast known affectionately as the Turquoise Coast for the colour of its clean crystals warm waters. Although based here we cover most coastal areas of Southern Turkey. These areas include Alanya, Fethiye, Antalya, Dalaman, Dalyan, Belek, Kusadasi, Yalikavak, Kizilyaka, Gundogdu, Kos, Kalkan Marmaris, Bodrum, Colakli, Evrenseki, Ilica, Izmir, Kemer and Side.

We provide help and advice in the process of buying or renting Villas in Turkey. We cover a host of possible overseas holiday home services, from translation services, to sourcing great deals and projects for our customers to help them maximise their investments.

Our service

We appoint English speaking solicitors and will translate and keep you fully informed at all stages. We can also advise post purchase with decoration / renovation and assist with organising the fixtures and fittings. We can also arrange water, electricity and tax payments, villa cleaning and all of the other things that go into managing your villa as a home from home.

Why not try before you buy we offer a unique service allowing you to rent a villa (on the same complex) before you buy one allowing you to get a feel for the lifestyle prior to committing to purchase. Why not book an inspection trip with us – we will arrange your flights, transfers and accommodation (at cost price) and then escort you on pre-arranged viewings. This way you have a cost effective hassle free arrangement and we can show a larger number of properties within your given budget and specification.

Additionally we bring together the owners of Turkish villa's and apartments with customers seeking to spend their holidays in quality villa accommodation. All of the villas and apartments are a stones throw from the beach and are maintained for year round letting. You can book an affordable, luxurious Turkish holiday villa with a private or communal swimming pool, at a very low price in comparison to the cost of Hotel accommodation. We have personally visited all of the villas listed, so we are able to choose the perfect villa that suits your needs. We make our bookings directly with the villa owners so you can enjoy significant savings. Additionally we can arrange any form of holiday accommodation to your particular requirements. 

Motor Vehicle Hire & Airport Transfers. We can arrange car hire for the duration of your stay or for just a few days. You can pre-arrange with this website or organise it whilst here through our office (we’ll need a copy of your driving license and photo page of your passport to do this). We can also arrange luxurious private airport transfers from the airport directly to your accommodation if this service is not included with your flight operator.

Property investment and Projects. For those more adventurous and looking from an investment property point of view please view our projects section, here we offer land for sale, project management, off plan sales, stage payment systems, renovation projects, redevelopment projects and the like. We can assist and advise investors in relation to any property matter in Turkey.
